Patricia Rodriguez, Miss Universe Spain 2013, revealed that she is a lesbian.
The first runner-up Miss Universe 2013 posted a picture in her social network with her lover, identified as Vanesa Klein. In it, she wrote "Romeo and Julliet".
Further evidences were also found on the social network.
