Miss World Chinese Taipei 2013 Cinzia Chang: The young veteran!
Chang Shao Chuan, best known as Cinzia Chang, is just 21 years old but she is already experienced in beauty pageants.
Cinzia, the reigning Miss R.O.C.(Taiwan), was appointed as Miss World Chinese Taipei 2013. She has previously competed in Miss Intercontinental 2012 and Miss Freedom of the World 2013 and now she is representing her country in Miss World 2013 in Indonesia.
