Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago also wore a similar gown.

Bea Rose Santiago got very emotional when she heard she was the Miss International 2013 winner. 

Bea cried copiously seeing her dream come true and her efforts rewarded. She wanted to give to the Philippines the crown as a "Christmas gift" in honor of their hardwork to settle down the country after the typhoon Haiyan tragedy.

Tomorrow (November, 11) Bea Santiago will crown her successor.
