Patricia Yurena Rodríguez Alonso, Miss Universe Spain 2013, is the first beauty queen to win twice her national pageant and the best spanish placement after 1985 in Miss Universe.

She was elected Miss Spain 2008 to Miss Universe, but due to her underage she was ineligible to attend it. In 2013 she was able to compete again, as it was a new organisation, and she was the winner, getting for the second time the right to represent her country in Miss Universe.

In Miss Universe 2013 pageant, Patrícia beat 84 contestants and reached the second place, equaling to her compatriot Teresa López, who was Miss Universe 1st Runner-up in 1985. Since Amparo Muñoz's winning in 1973, Patrícia and Teresa were the Spanish contestants that came closer to the victory.

The 2013's Miss Universe edition was won by Gabriela Isler, Miss Venezuela.
