Ruquayyah Boyer is officially crowned Miss World Guyana 2013. She was annouced weeks ago and now had a crowning cerimony. Ruquayyah introduced her Beauty with a Purpose project, where she has been working: CADVA, an Organization for Domestic Violence and was recognized by the Miss World Organization.
